Glide - API введенный 3dfx Interactive, схожий с OpenGL и ориентированный на игры. Пользовался популярностью в конце 90-ых.

Существует 2 версии этого API (1.x не был использован никогда) - 2 и 3. Они мало отличаются.

Соответствующие имена файлов с API - glide2x.dll и glide3x.dll. Большинство эмуляторов поддерживает только Glide2.

Также существует Glide2 для DOS - имя драйвера GLIDE2X.OVL, эмулируется очень малым количеством эмуляторов.
