Above is the current link, FTP support is disabled in most modern web browsers by default. I gave up trying to troubleshoot and used mypal instead.

Mypal will let you browse and download from the server without needing a dedicated ftp client...

You should also be able to browse the server directly in windows explorer. This only works with pure ftp servers from my understanding.
